Actively seeking to expand their international presence, D.R. Horton appointed Bloom Media to develop a UK facing website to entice the UK second home and investor market. With the attractive US exchange rate, and an enviable property portfolio, D.R. Horton recognized the incredible potential that the UK market could hold and sought to capitalize on this by developing an integrated off and online marketing strategy attract UK buyers.
Specifically targeted at the California region the website was designed to showcase not only the impressive D.R. Horton property portfolio, but also some of California’s world famous attractions, such as Disney Land, Lake Taho and The Golden Gate Bridge, which the developments are set around. Bloom developed a site which contains lots of striking imagery, both of the properties available, and which characterize the lifestyle that UK buyers can enjoy in the ‘Sunshine State’.
