Brian Wadsworth - CEO

Brian is an experienced business mentor, coach and strategic business advisor providing support to MD/CEO’s across a diverse range of public and private sector clients in the Y&H region.

Services include 1to1 coaching and mentoring, leadership development, strategic business planning, business transformation, organisational development, performance management for sustainable growth and exit planning.

In 2004, after leading a company turnaround onto high growth and finally a stock exchange listing, Brian established ISDS, in order to use the contacts, expertise, learning curve and pain experienced during his career; particularly as S&M Director and CEO, to add value back to other business leaders throughout the region.

The whole portfolio of services is process driven using contemporary best practice methodologies providing self-alignment and scalability.

His time as Chairman at Bloom Media has provided a compelling insight into the ‘new way’ of business enabled by the internet and the process of change required for traditional business models to engage fully for maximum benefit. This insight has been fully integrated and aligned with the existing portfolio of ISDS services.
