The distinction between on and offline marketing will become even less distinct once TV is digitally streamed (and soon after supplied as part of broadband or vice versa). There are a number of impending shifts in how media is supplied to people which will affect the digital world (agency and client side) and I completely agree that a non-progressive or terriatorial attitude is on;y going to hinder companies, rather than help them.
