Brian is our Chairman; having been CEO of a plc he is pretty clued up on all things Strategic. He’s also hot on Change, hates traditional business practice (and the term ‘expert’!) and continuously influences our approach to engagement with our major clients. Proud to be a silver surfer, Brian loves to get on his ‘soap-box’ to blog and tweet about what’s wrong with business, the country, the world... He particularly enjoys his work at Bloom Media where he ‘gets’ as much as he ‘gives’!

Experience
Having worked at Director level for 20+ years, Brian has accumulated a wealth of knowledge and experience in all aspects of Strategic Planning, Leadership, and Performance Management. Brian now runs his own business practice providing Coaching, Mentoring and strategic support to MD’s / CEO’s, as well as non-exec director roles in all kinds of SMEs. Brian is also a very experienced ‘Grumps’ to his grandchildren and considers himself to be an expert ‘jigsaw-puzzler’!
