Your personal Account Manager will be assigned to your account and will act as your first point of contact. They are able to help with any aspect of the service we provide to you. We have also introduced new processes and a new system for managing support requests for live sites. These changes mean that we can offer our clients a formal support contract which will offer you a guaranteed level of service from us involving trouble-shooting and resolving issues with your website. These support contracts are, of course optional, however they do give you the reassurance that we will be able to respond to your support requests quickly and efficiently. They provide a guaranteed response time which is not possible with ad-hoc support requests. We highly recommend that the support contract is given serious consideration by all clients for whom the website is a business critical function, especially those with e-commerce sites and lead generation applications.
