Quality Assurance

Quality is not a variable for us - we don't cut corners. Every stage of developing and maintaining your website is given careful consideration - we ask questions and act on the answers. Quality Assurance is about more than just testing the site to see if it works, it's about making sure that the site achieves what you want it to achieve.

At every point of development we check with you to make sure we've got things right. We don't proceed until you're happy and we don't make assumptions. We check each other too. Our team members undertake peer reviews of concept work, system specification, test documents, completed systems and even launch plans for new sites. We know that two heads are without exception better than one and if three are available, we'll use them!

We believe in sharing - sharing ideas, sharing responsibility, sharing problems and sharing success - it's this ethos that makes sure that everything we do for you is of the highest quality and, if we do occasionally get it wrong we'll share with you what we've learnt.
